At AudioDeluxe, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound experience. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day return window for most premium audio equipment and accessories.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your AudioDeluxe account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the item in its original manufacturer packaging, including all cables, manuals, and accessories, then secure it inside a sturdy shipping box to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, ensuring you keep a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
